Nice Quality, Sturdy Frame

Unlike the previous reviewer, my frame arrived without any problem, and lots of strong bubble wrap around the entire frame to ensure there was no breakage. I had purchased a frame at Kohl’s several years ago, and this one matches it pretty much perfectly.
The frame itself is a nice dark wood, and does not look plasticky like many frames do. The pictures all lay flat on a single sheet of glass, so it can be tricky to get them lined up perfectly, but it does give flexibility if you have any 5×7 photos that you want to frame in the middle because you don’t have to cut them, just place them behind the surrounding photos. The frame can be hung vetically or horizontally. It looks classy and would make a great gift for grandparents or for a baby shower or such.

Arrived Broken

I ordered two of these and one arrived with shattered glass because of poor packaging. They are nice frames but now I have to deal with returning one and making sure I get a replacement before Christmas. Ironically, the plastic baby toy I ordered was packaged extremely securely. If Amazon would package these picture frames like they did the plastic baby toy, it probably would not have shattered.

Update: I ordered a replacement and it also arrived with shattered glass. Just like before, the only packaging material was a wadded up piece of brown packaging paper. No bubble wrap or anything else protecting the glass in the frame. I guess I’ll be shopping at the mall on Christmas Eve. I wonder how many refunds and replacements Amazon has given for these frames and why they won’t fix the packaging problem.

Outstanding and easy to use

I needed exactly this format for my family photos and I read all the negative remarks about how hard it was to layout the pictures….hmmmm. I thought it was a piece of cake. Just lay the pictures on top of the layout sheet and presto, perfectly alligned in less than 30 seconds. I would have liked to see a single hook for hanging other than the double hangers. All in all I vote YES definately get this.
